Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During periods of high order volume, product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (when available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your package has been scanned by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

Kountry Living Outdoors is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at [kountryoutdoors9@gmail.com]. While we will do our best to update the address before shipment, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is:

  • Delayed in transit
  • Marked as delivered but cannot be located
  • Lost during shipment

Please contact the shipping carrier first to file a claim. You may also reach out to us at [kountryoutdoors9@gmail.com], and we'll gladly assist you in locating your package.

Kountry Living Outdoors is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund when appropriate.

International Shipping

At this time, we currently ship within the United States only.

We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Some shipping methods may not be available for certain locations.
